Practical sales page guide
A sales page review checklist before you publish
Check the explanation, evidence and customer journey before sending traffic.

Check the opening
Can a reader identify the audience and deliverable from the headline and supporting paragraph? Remove words that sound impressive but do not explain the offer. Check that the opening promise is supported by the actual product or service.
Check the argument
Every section should answer a question or help the reader decide. Remove repeated pitches that add no information. Keep a logical route from the reader’s situation to the deliverable, process, evidence, scope and next step.
Check evidence and claims
Label fictional examples. Confirm customer-quote permissions and the accuracy of any result. Remove unsupported performance figures. A demonstration of a clearer paragraph does not establish improved sales. Retain a record of the evidence behind claims you keep.
Check the purchase details
Compare the product name, price, currency, payment schedule, access and support details across the page and checkout. Ensure relevant terms are accessible. Confirm that the promised lessons or deliverables are available before activating real purchases.
Check on a phone
Read the opening, expand the FAQ, use the form and follow the buttons. Look for sideways scrolling, small text, overlapping elements and large files. Keyboard access and clear form labels also matter; do not judge the experience from a desktop screenshot alone.
Check delivery end to end
Use a designated test contact and test payment. Verify gift delivery, unsubscribe behaviour, purchase confirmation, buyer suppression from sales emails and protected member access. Keep a launch checklist with actual observed outcomes. Do not mark a step complete simply because a setting looks connected.
